Rental availability can change quickly, so clarity on documents and payment timing helps the owner decide without creating avoidable pressure. For many international clients, renting is also a way to test an area before buying. School runs, commuting, winter rhythm, noise, services and building management feel different after a few weeks than they do in one viewing. A structured rental can therefore become market research for a future purchase decision.
